Sorry, but today the error returns, and the right fan just stop spinning. I have the latest version of the Bios. When i stay on laptop, at a moment both fans works and the startup error disappear, but a few minutes/hours the right fan stop, and the startup error appear again. What i can do?

HP x360 CA0001TU Keyboard Issue possible battery
Hey Everyone;
Got a new HP x360 CA0001TU from officeworks as of Dec.11.20; Been using it on and off most days, and Have been loving it;
But started getting keyboard issues end of Decemeber, the issue is as follows
Issue:
Keys unresponsive being qwer and uiop backspace
Completely unusable or sometimes or with enough repressing gettings the command in
Also noted bluging in the case and an overall looseness on the back panel; I can tap the case with my finger and notice alot of movement;
Troubleshooting steps;
Powerwashed
Hardware Reset using the power off and Hold refresh button
Multipule restarts
Notes;
Issue is reduced but still clear when on a flat surface and I've found if I place my hand at the center of the backplate and use that as support by letting the laptop rest on my hand the issue is also reduced, and returns if I say rest the laptop on my legs;
I also noticed small aspects of bulging around the speaker grill in the middle; now its very small and wasn't noticed at first until I started looking at the laptop on different angles.
Finally;
If it is a warrenty issue due to the battery bulging which is my guess, who do I contact? Officeworks or HP; I've registered warrenty with HP as per the link in the chromebook to the HP site as well.

RAM Upgrade causing boot issues
Hi, i have a "HP Notebook - 15-db0997na" and decided to upgrade the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. I purchased "KingFast DDR4 4GB 2666MHZ 1.2V) from local PC repair shop and inserted in to the laptop and the upgrade worked OK, however a few days later the laptop will not start up. The CAPS LOCK key flashed 3 long flashes and 2 short flashes. I checked the support page and it provides the following "The embedded controller times out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization.).
I removed the new RAM and now the laptop starts up.
Why does the upgrade no longer work.
Is there a fix for this.

HP Notebook 15-AC LCD Back Cover Code
Hi,
I have an issue with the hinge of my HP Laptop (Model: 15-ac116nia). For the repair, the technician has advised to replace the LCD back cover as well and has provided me with 831917-001 as reference number for the replacement part. As per my understanding, this reference number is for a cover of pink color. However, my laptop is blue. I came across part 813927-001 which is for blue color.
Can someone please confirm whether the only difference between 831917-001 and 813927-001 is the color since I need to order the replacement part? Will 813927-001 be compatible with my laptop's model?

I can help with point 2. I use a little exe called PersistentWindows. It works just fine with my 4 additional screens. All my layout is restored on unlock or wake-up. It flickers a bit whilst everything is put back to where you left it but I think that just adds to the experience. Good luck! And yes, the backlight timeout is RIDICULOUS! I keep a small lamp on next to my laptop. Not ideal but what can we do? HP just aren't listening.

Laptop Battery will not calibrate
I run the battery management as it alerted me to the fact that the battery on my HP Notebook 15s-fq1003na needed calibrating...despite following the instructions to charge at 100% for 3hours and re-run the battery check, it still does not calibrate. Another HP message suggests the battery may need replacing and as it's still under warrantee, i wanted to do that but the bot is worse than useless and gave me a telephone number for Photography London and the answer machine is full...probably all those HP customers!!

You can install -2666 but the 6th gen Intel Core system will run it at -2133 speed and no faster. -2133 is hard to find so most use -2400 which is widely available and cheaper. A pair of 8 gig modules will work fine and it will actually support a pair of 16 gig modules for 32 total.

The memory is not compatible. Its CL11 latency and you need standard DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM which should be CL=17 latency. Like this:

How should I connect my monitor to the dock - via the Thunderbolt port?
There is plenty of cables , but these cables support 'USB C port (*DP Alt Mode)' which means, this really isn't a Thunderbolt cable.

need any tips to improve gaming performance
hello sir,
I bought my hp 15 laptop for 30k which does not have the original OS of windows 10 and it does not have Microsoft office too.
I bought this laptop for gaming purpose. when i play gta 5 at very low graphics without shadows and very bad textures it runs smooth at beginning after few minutes it lags very hard, so i restart the game every 10 minutes to play smooth. this happens only in gta 5.
is there any possible ways to improve the performance for gta 5?

My HP OMEN is showing "plugged in" but stops charging after a few seconds
I recently repaired my laptop, changed the charging adapter and the dc socket from a hp authorized service center.
But now my laptop show "plugged in" but stops charging after some time.
After running the hp support assistant battery check it shows the battery is normal and running fine.
I tried reinstalling the Battery drivers but still not charging.
Can anyone help me with this issue please. Thankyou
