I purchased the HP laptop 2 years back. I am regularly updating patches as recommended by the HP care. Recently I noticed some issue with the battery, even I put my laptop on sleep mode, the battery starts draining until I turn it off. I have seen it draining from 100% to 0% during sleep mode.
I wanted to know if this normal behaviour of the laptop or some problem with the Hardware.
Pretty simple question but I cant seem to find the answer looking through the user manuals or online. Any help please?

Yes the Plugable thing is just a single port device using Displaylink and would work. Drive one monitor from a usb port with that adapter and another from the native HDMI port.
Since you do not have a displayport on the laptop the DP to HDMI is not going to do you much good.
No its a "basic" type C port no power delivery capability. It is not able to accept power into the laptop In Other Words.

Yes absolutely. Here is the Service Manual:
See p. 39 for instructions. The key thing is the laptop will take a PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD and the WD Black falls into that category. It is not what HP sold with the laptop as an option but still will work.

It is not incorrect you are just not reading it right. On this model M.2 can only be used with an adapter sled and connector cable in place of the hard drive. There are several model like this and it is a common error to read the Manual, see an M.2 mentioned and assume that means there is an M.2 "slot". Understandable but still wrong. Look for an actual image of an M.2 slot or a statement that "dual storage" is possible meaning a 2.5 inch disk and an M.2 SSD.
I have no cooling system on laptop stream 14 either I thought MSI would do the trick but it says it has no GPU chip to control the fan. My product ID for this is 00356-02076-61860-AAOEM
