It won't happen. They just sent me an HP 17Eus or something like that and it hasn't worked since day 1. The wi-fi doesn't work at all, and i have lost so much money because i work from home. They want to "repair" this crap or send me the same **bleep** thing! I've been arguing for the past few hours because no one thought that it would be appropriate to contact me all last week when they were supposed to. I have to use an ancient dell laptop to get anything done. And all they will do is send me the same model that is supposedly so much better because it is coming from a warehouse and not a store??? My laptop they sent me supposedly DID come from a warehouse and not a stroe. They will "upgrade" my hard drive memory to 700 GBS in the same model laptop that they'll send me.. but it's not a **bleep** upgrade! My current useless lump of plastic has 750 GBS! I"ve talked to executives and the onlyt people that have any authority are the "case managers". I am so freaking fed up! [legal discussion removed] I have lost so muchn money because I work from home, and they don't care. I refuse to keep the same model. I hate it, if it didn't work the first time i touched it, why would i want the same **bleep** one???
