Can someone please help me resolve my problem for my laptop's webcam problem?
I already uninstall the webcam and restart the laptop in the device manager, upon restarting, the computer starts to reinstall the driver but installation was unsuccesful and also when I update it, nothing happens and I'm having this message. - (Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
I already install the youcam and when I opened it, this came up.

I think your answer is very clear to me. I live in Pakse (laos) where the tempature and the humidity is quite high, so that causes problems with the battery. I had this idea myself but weren't sure. Your story confirms my thinking :-).

That means you can't upgrade RAM on your machine, it has 8GB max already.

My laptop suddenly is not working. It will not charge from the power cord. I have tried another cord and same thing, no response, but my cord with power the other HP computer.
I have tired all he diaognistoc tests that I have found on the HP site, and the battery one passed, but the AC Adapter one failed.
What can I do to fix this?
I have to do this test to get back and my computer and they told me to do a hard drive check and the hard drive check is not working it keep saying no hard drive installed. please check that the power and data cables are connected proper ly. Can you please help me get back in my computer.

Problem was solved!!! Yeeeahhh!!! =)
It was a problem with drivers for pci-device in Windows 7. Not hardware! Pci eats 3.3 volts and without the driver it do not absolutely off.
@cherylG: I think im still under warranty. They told me if the check check isn't working for the hard drive try the extensive check but none of them are working. My model is:11-k162nr. Thats model everything else is working but the hard drive check if not have to call to see if i'm still under wanrranty my version is 1.12.0.0 - BIOS. But sometimes they keep my computer from working cause im not under warranty and i dont know how to check and see if the data cables are connected proper ly.

To clarify, if you take the battery out of the laptop, will it run with the power cord plugged in?
In other words, its just not charging the battery?
Otherwise, if it wont run on battery or on the AC power cord, you would not be able to run the diagnostics.
The AC adapter has to be 19.5v and a minimum of 3.3 amps (65 watts). Anything less and it wont be enough.

i ran some tests and the test came back with hard drive test failed
and told me to got to hp.com/go/csr and follow directions by i cannot find the directions also got the following info

Cannot seem to find a form to see if i get a free replacement or if i can order a new hd with windows 10 on it if i cannot get a free replacement can someone help ? thanks
