Omen 15 keyboard Issue
The key to print screen is fn+prt sc, however for some reason this function stopped working for me. I had my omen for about a year and the print screen function has worked fine but I'm not sure what happened.

hp 14s fq0011au add HDD
Hi..
Is it possible to add SATA HDD to HP 14s fq0011au. When I bought it, the official store said that it is possible to add SATA HDD, but the cable and bracket sold separately. So I went to the service center, but they said that they don't have the cable.
I searched in the manual, no clue about the cable part number. But for sure, there is a connector on the mainboard, it's an 8 pin cable.
If HP officially don't sell the cable, why they said that it is possible to add?
Is there other cable type which compatible with my notebook to use?
some type like HP 15s-dy has 8 pin cable too, but I don't know if it usable in 14s-fq0011au.

Yes, you can install 2 x 16 GB in that model too.
You would use DDR4-3200 memory in the 15s-eq1002ur.
The first one you posted can also use DDR4-3200 memory, but it is only going to run at 2400 MHz.

Keyboard flashing, not working
My keyboard mouse stoped working first. Then a few months later the keryboard started flashing, I found this distracting and I dont like it. At random times it just decides to stop working, which doesnt help. I have gotten food on it, but got it off quickly. What should I do?

the above link has a usb-c chager but i found on the user manual on pg55 theyve mentioned under operating voltage & current, various power inputs using usb-c

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.
Notebooks with the A4-9120 processors have one memory slot, and the max memory is 1 x 8 GB.
In order to upgrade the memory, you will need to remove the 4 GB memory bar and replace it with an 8 GB memory bar.
