Wow, it's amazing, all this complain against HP Customer Care at the HP Official website, and there is no one care for this thread? Where is HP Customer Support? Are they all alive? Are they exists?
I've seen the worst from this forum, I have bought a new HP Pavilion and hope that I don't get anything bad. The only amazing thing that I get from my new laptop is my hard drive. I purchased with 750 GB installed and guess what, I only get 700GB instead of 750GB. What a great marketing trick!!! I buy HP because I think I can TRUST HP product, when they said 80GB, I get 80GB. Now they sell 750GB and I get 700GB, what a jerk!!!
HP used to be a great product, trusted, and stable. Now I know why most people did not recommend HP, because they were no longer a "great, trusted and stable product" like it used to be. If I need a cheap plastic product, I will not choose HP. I can buy Chinnese cheap laptop with all the bad. No wonder now people did not choose HP anymore, they can not rely on HP anymore to get the best product like it used to be. I regret that I was late to read this forum. If I know HP is not that great, I will purchase another. Now I should share this to other, to make them avoid the same mistake like other.
