I understand you’re stating you are having an issue with thermal shutdown, is that correct? I will be happy to help you.
The first thing you can do is take a can of compressed air and clean out the vents of all dust and debris if you haven’t done so already. If you feel comfortable you can break the computer down to the fan and clean the fan from there. I would only recommend that if you are not under warranty.
