HPMini 110-3100 Atom N475, Motherboard & Processor upgrade

I'm running a HP Mini 110-3100 Atom N475 (HP # 618874-001) 1.83GHz on 2 GB ram..Windows 7 Starter 32bit.

Could I upgrade the Motherboard to a newer Intel model along with a compatible processor?

Could you give me some starting points where I could find faster Motherboards and Processors with the same port layout as my existing Atom N475 Motherboard?

I wouldn't mind upgrading the factory spec screen too, if necessary.
