Envy notebook began dropping wireless signal about a month ago. After 4 attempts to diagnose and repair (drivers, BIOs, system recovery, etc), it was decided on Sunday evening to send the unit in for repair. Box to be sent out by HP so unit could be returned. It is now Wednesday evening and it appears they still have not sent the box. You call this warranty service???
This was my first HP notebook and you can rest assured it will be my last.
