The base system device in your model is normally the Ricoh 5 in 1 Card Reader that needs a driver.

You can use the Vista driver for that.

Depending on what model dv6000 notebook you have (there are dozens and dozens), the webcam may only need the windows 7 Cyberlink YouCam software.
