UPDATE:
After taking it apart and putting it back together the beeping has stopped. the issue is still there. If the keyboard is plugged in it won't turn on even if power is flowing.
The situation is this. I boot up the machine it goes straight into System Information as if I was pushing F1.
I attach a USB keyboard. It goes to System Information just the same. I hit escape. Next is a black screen with a white line in the top left hand corner and continuous beeping.
This is a real mystery for me. So anyone with a real Idea of how to fix it go for it.
I have done the remove RAM and the BIOS battery. I have drained the power by removing the AC and holding down the power button ect ect.
I am getting very frustrated with this.
