i'm using a HP405 laptop.
my airtel 4G dongle is not getting read by any of my usb ports. my new dell 1tb ext hard drive is not even recognised.
the dongle problem is sudden. started from yesterday.
the hard drive is new, and not working since it got delivered yesterday.
the dongle and my hard drive are ok. they are working on my Acer laptop.
Kindly see to it urgently.
