Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP ENVY TouchSmart m6-k022dx Sleekbook and Windows 8 tiles looking different. Here is a link to do a system restore. System restore will return the Notebook back to when things looked correct.
