I am also suffering from same problem mentioned by many people here. I have purchased the Laptop on December 2012. and after about 1 and half year of use its showing this proble. iam sad that now iam out of warranty. For giving a good look Hp have forgot to give enough reinforcement to this lap i guess. As a reputed firm in laptop i feel if Hp has found out that this is a geniune issue to ur trusted clients. so you must take back all the lap and get it solved as you are the one of top most brand we trusted. what should i o to get my problem solve completelty. waiting for your help and keep the trust you given.my laptops serial no is : CND2321675 and product no :C0C27EA#ABV
