Today, without warning my computer shut down on me. I then noticed that my computer felt hotter than usual. I immediately turned it back on and an error message popped up. However, before I had the chance to read the message, it shut back down and now refuses to power up. When I press the power button, it, along with the internet connection button, lights up for a mere second and goes back off. I recently had my hardrive replaced (about three weeks ago) and has seemed to be working prefectly fine up until now. Is it possible that something may have been diconnected with the installation of my new hardrive and not reinstalled correctly? Perhaps the fan isn't working properly, causing the computer to overheat and for the cpu or motherboard to shut down? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
