Under normal use, the left hinge on my HP ENVY X360 blew apart internally somehow, and caused the screen to shatter in the lower left corner. The hinge is now locked up so that the laptop can no longer be opened or closed - it is just stuck in the open position. What is the course of action to get this repaired, possibly even covered by the manufacturer, as this appears to be a known issue?
