Going through your post I see that screen flickers in Windows and Not in BIOS. External monitor works fine via HDMI
BIOS is updated and system recovery performed and video drivers is also updated.
Hence, I would escalate this case to our engineering team to find any possible solution. Will update you once we have further input.
