My laptop is Envy 6 1090ee.
Last time I used yesterday and shut down with no indications of any problems. This laptop is sitting at home on my desk and not being used at travels at all!
Today, when I switched it on I received an error regarding the hard disk. the message requested to run HD diagnostic by pressing F2. When I tried to run this test it could not be performed and received the following:
Failure ID: QBF3GJ-66B728-XD7X1G-60CH03
Product ID: B6X76EA#ABV
I was lso instructed to visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/pcdiags
I bought this laptop in July 2012 and not sure if it is still under warranty.
Please help!
