The people at the service center may not be knowledgeable enough to pinpoint the issue. But based on what you've told me, it seems to be related to the display driver.
If you can, take a picture of the BSOD and post it, so I can see exactly what is going on. If you can't, still try reinstalling the driver as I suggested earlier.
