I spoke to HP directly and they said they are sales, not technical, and told me to post on these forums.

Looks like I am unlikely to get an answer then.

I will give the forums a bit longer as I am still holding out hope I can find out as I really like the look of the machine. If not I will likely have to buy the Dell I guess :(
