Hello! I have hp pavilion dv7-3112eo laptop and it is not starting anymore, but displaying message “smart hard disk error. The SMART hard disc check has detected an imminent failure…” Shall I replace the hard disk? I would be thankful, if you could tell me, whether Western Digital Red 1TB - 2.5 Zoll SATA-III - WD10JFCX (6Gb/s 16MB Cache Internal 6,4 cm 2,5 Zoll 24x7 optimized for SOHO NAS systems NASware HDD Bulk) is compatible. Or the best way is to remove the old one and then order identical to that one? Thank you!
