If you have a screwdriver and can use it at all you can do it. The Manual I linked you to tells exactly how to do it. After replacing the drive you have to put Windows and programs on it by either copying the existing drive or using some kind of restore disk. I am going to guess you do not have the Recovery Disks the laptop asked you to make when it was new? Not a big problem if you do not.
